How do I access my online courses?
As soon as your payment clears, the course appears in your account. Log in at alennmj.co/my-account and everything you have purchased is there. You will also get a confirmation email with a direct link. If the course is not showing, check that you are logged in with the same email address you used at checkout, and if it is still missing, email info@alennmj.co and we will fix it.
How long do I have access?
Forever. There is no subscription and nothing expires. Buy a course once and it stays in your account for life, so you can rewatch a section the night before a difficult appointment, years from now.
What languages are the courses available in?
Full course packages are available in English, Italian, Spanish and French. The Italian packages are taught in Italian. Technique is hard enough without translating it in your head while you watch.
What is your refund policy?
Digital courses are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, which is standard for online education. If something goes wrong with your access, or you were charged twice, email info@alennmj.co and we will sort it out.
