How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance as Alen’s availability in Zürich is limited to select Thursdays each month.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your final payment.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Just yourself! We provide everything you need. If you have reference photos of desired results, feel free to bring them or send them in advance.
