We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance as Alen’s availability in Zürich is limited to select Thursdays each month.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your final payment.
