How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance as Alen’s availability in Riyadh is limited to select Tuesdays monthly. VIP clients may request priority scheduling.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% deposit fee.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required to secure your VIP appointment. This will be applied to your final payment.
Is the location private?
Yes, all appointments take place in a private luxury salon suite to ensure complete privacy and comfort for our VIP clients.
